AIR CANADA

AIR CANADA advertises and accepts money for Business Class seats between Toronto and Lima, Peru, however, it has been our personal experience and that of some of my tour participants that the Business Class cabin is ancient: the seats are broken so that the backs don't recline and the foot rests don't work and the cabin reeks of dirty socks and old vomit. 

AIR CANADA claims that this issue is being addressed, however, according to AIR CANADA staff, it has been alerted  to the problem many times and has done nothing.

There are other ways of getting to a variety of cities in South America, including Peru. LAN is one option via a number of cities in the United States.
